Savanna is dedicated to providing a unique and holistic learning experience for children aged 0 to 5 years old, integrating the principles of Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, STEM and RIE pedagogies. Our teachers receive specialized training within our school to ensure optimal teaching conditions and a deep understanding of our innovative approach. The Role
We are seeking preschool teachers who are eager to embrace our distinctive pedagogical approach and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Proficiency in French, Chinese, Spanish, and/or Russian would be an asset. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of teaching experience and be open to pedagogical innovation. Candidates should also be willing to be mobile, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy loads, in line with our teaching philosophy.

Implement a dynamic curriculum that stimulates curiosity and creativity, incorporating elements of language, literacy, cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive classroom portfolio, documenting learning experiences and observations in alignment with Savanna's standards.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment conducive to children's development, in accordance with state regulations and our teaching philosophy.
Collaborate closely with families to support the holistic growth and development of children, conducting regular conferences.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion for learning, and a collaborative spirit within the team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Teaching staff will be required to be in an outdoor environment in all types of weather conditions
Other duties may also be assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or equivalent education and courses in education and child development.
Minimum 1 year experience teaching children.

Strong language command of French/ Spanish
Reggio Emilia/Waldorf Training
Experience in a university laboratory school is desirable.
Montessori certification or background.
